On A Cheerier Note....

I just went downstairs to get a cup of water. As I was in the kitchen, I heard some woman crying. The resulting conversation ensued with my brother, who was watching TV in the living room.

Me: Who's crying?

Ryan: Some dumb blonde on TV.

Me: Oookay. What're you watching?

Ryan: Tosh.0...it's about redeeming dumb people who do dumb things on the internet.

Me: Excuse me? *Runs into the living room*

Ryan: Tosh.0

Me: Spell that...

Ryan: *Rolls eyes* T-O-S-H     P-O-I-N-T    OOHHHHHH

Me: *Falls over laughing*

Ryan: I don't get it?

Me: There's a character...on Torchwood....

Ryan: NOT THAT AGAIN!





Because, although the host is apparently a guy whose last name is "Tosh", I can so see Toshiko yelling at people who do stupid things on the internet.

ALSO: Thanks everyone for cheering me up. I do feel much better now. You all are really wonderful. And I've listened to The Smiths and wrote angsty fic, so it should be out of my system for a good long while now. :-D

I had that same reaction when first I ever heard of Tosh.O! I was seriously disappointed not to see Naoko Mori on the telly ;p

haha, I mention Tosh sometimes, and people are like, "who the comedian?" and im all like "nooooooooooooooooooo Toshiko.." and they're all like, "you're an obsessed freak." and i'm all like, "well fuck you then" :)
