sariagrayMy fasting blood sugar, right around when I was diagnosed, was 146. It's not horrible, and I was only borderline. But now? Well.
I just took my blood sugar now, after eating lunch about 2.5 hours ago, and it was 114. 114!!
And I've lost at least 15lbs total so far. So hurray! I am pleased!
