My mother, who has never seen Torchwood, is now helping me write my fan fiction. No, really. She is downstairs, but on the phone with me. Providing feedback about my story. "Oh, maybe you should have them do this!" "Is the cyborg chick going to be in it? She should be in it."

And yesterday, she watched my videos and made surprisingly accurate voice-overs. My father watched the first one, too, and provided his own. Somehow, my mom was Lisa, Gwen, Tosh, and Ianto, while my dad was Myfanwy, Jack, and Owen. And in the second video, my mom was everyone.

The scene at the end of "To The Last Man" went something like this (remember, I cut parts of the scene out, and she didn't know what was coming):

Jack: Yes, I know you're there. You don't think I know. But oh, I know.
Ianto: Okay, you caught me. I really wasn't hiding though. I'm standing in the doorway.
Jack: Did you want something?
Ianto: No, I just like to stand in doorways.
Jack: Oh, how did you get over here so fast?
Ianto: I'm a ninja.
Jack: Look, I know you want me, but I'm not inter...oh, you're making out with me now. I just...can't...resist...you.

When Jack is dancing with Gwen:

Jack: Wait, why am I dancing with this brunette bitch? I don't want to dance with the bride! I want to dance with the groom!

Stopwatch scene (she only caught Jack talking, poor thing is going blind):

Jack: I brush my teeth twice a day! *Sound effect of twinkling teeth*

Now she's doing various British voices and pretending to be the characters as I write.

How do these things happen? I love my family sometimes, even if they are wacky.
