Okay, bb, you asked for it (but I don't actually expect you to deliver, so never fear):
All I want for Christmas is to get through it with my sanity intact, what with two seperate visits from either relatives or friends, my girl's birthday (15, holy cow), New Year and the packers coming in, all at the same time and then the actual move. Somewhere in there I have cancel everything, arrange to sell the car, close the bank account, sort the house into four seperate piles for the packers, find a cleaner so the house doesn't look like trolls have lived in it for the last two years, sign the kids up for school in the US - oh, AND NOT KILL ANYBODY IF THEY ASK ME IF I'M ALL READY FOR THE MOVE!
Like I said, I don't actually expect you to deliver, but I appreciate the offer :D
I didn't click - no time right now, but maybe later, cuz your stuff always makes me feel better!
I'm heading to Vegas (which is home in the US) for a month of forced bank haemorage (sp?), also known as a holiday, before we head over to Falls Church, VA (just out of DC) for nine months of language training, Russian to be exact. Then, next year, around Nov or so, we're off again, to Tashkent, Uzbekistan. It's a busy life we lead - good thing the kids are adaptable!
