4. List your classes in school from the ones you like the most to the ones you like the least (or if you are out of school, think of the classes you did like and didn't like at the time). Literature/English, Creative Writing, Theatre, History, Latin/Italian/French, Science, Math.

5. What is your biggest goal for this year? Move out/pay off my debt.

6. Where do you want to be in 5 years? Holding a degree, working at my current job (but with a higher position), writing legitimate things that can be shared with the entire world. Also, maybe famous.

7. What stage of life are you in right now? Early adulthood. Have a solid sense of self, but can't really do anything with it yet.

8. Are you more child-like or childish? Child-like, I suppose. I'm still slightly in awe of everything.

9. What is the last thing you said out loud? "Thunder!" Because, well, there is thunder happening. ♥

10. What song comes closest to how you feel about your life right now? Float On - Modest Mouse

11. Have you ever taken martial arts classes? Nope!

12. Does your life tend to get better or worse or does it just stay the same? It fluctuates. Odd numbered years have been good, even numbered years have been bad (which has remained true since I was...in the fourth grade).

13. Does time really heal all wounds? Absolutely.

14. How do you handle a rainy day? Caffeine, classical music, literature, and cigarettes.

15. Which is worse...losing your luggage or having to sort out tangled holiday lights? Neither. My holiday lights are never tangled, and I've never lost my luggage, as it's in my car with me.

16. How is your relationship with your parents? Odd. They love and support me, for the most part, but they're both pretty fucked up. But then, so am I, I suppose. And in any case, I love them. Most of the time.

Will you miss them when they are gone? Of course. And they're running out of time, which doesn't help.

17. Do you tend to be aware of what is going on around you? Always - even when I look like I'm not. It's a product of my growing up, I think. And codependency.

18. What is the truest thing that you know? Love and life are within me, and should be shared freely.

19. What did you want to be when you grew up?  A doctor and a bulldozer driver. I like to heal and I like to destroy?  Also, a writer and a professor.

20. Have you ever been given a second chance? All of the time.

21. Are you more of a giver or a taker? Mostly a giver. *Waves codependency flag some more*

22. Do you make your decisions with an open heart/mind? Not usually. I generally make rash decisions based on my emotions.

24. What is the most emotionally painful thing that has ever happened to you? Lots to list, really, but all have healed for the time being, so it's hard to remember what qualifies as the "most."

25. Who have you hugged today? Stephanie (my replacement and new favorite person ever).

26. Who has done something today to show they care about you? My dad offered to make my lunch, my boss told me to go home (and not to let it drift, basically), my brother brought up my laundry and folded it, my mother gave me a cigarette and listened to me tell a rambling and pointless tale about a dream in which I was Rhys's wife (don't ask), [livejournal.com profile] analineblue sent me emails, numerous coworkers announced that I looked beautiful (funny what wearing a skirt will do for one's esteem), and so on.

27. Do you have a lot to learn? Everyone does, I should think.

28. If you could learn how to do three things just by wishing and not by working what would they be? Latin, every word of every Shakespeare play ever, the history of the world.

2010's (so far): Independence.

35. Which decade do you feel the most special connection to and why? Probably the 90s, mostly because I inadvertently revert back to them in my musical proclivities.

36. What is your favorite oldie/classic rock song? "Eclipse" Pink Floyd, or anything by The Moody Blues.

37. What country do you live in and who is the leader of that country? The US. Barack Obama. ♥

If you could say any sentence to the current leader of your country what would it be? Hi. (I don't know - hadn't really thought about it).

38. What's your favorite TV channel to watch in the middle of the night? I don't watch TV, and videos make my computer explode, apparently. So. Fan fiction?

Also, my toy telephone from Fischer Price, and my giant play kitchen, and my talk-to-you (it was what I called my kid's tape player thingy). OH! And TeePo! He was my teddy bear. And Snowflake, my snow leopard toy that my brother lost at the grocery store. And K-cat, who my mother left on the roof of the car and then drove off. Neither Snowflake or K-cat were ever seen again. *Needs therapy*

55. What is your favorite thing to do outside? Smoke/Drink coffee/read (Simultaneously).

56. How do you feel when you see a rainbow? My mother told me a story of when she graduated nursing school. The night before she graduated, she dreamed of three of her deceased relatives coming to visit her. They told her that they were proud of her and would watch over her. The next day, after she walked out of the hall in which her graduation was held, there was a triple rainbow. So I guess I feel...watched over. In a non-creepy way.

58. Have you ever been to a psychic/tarot reader? No, but there's this creepy girl who never ages and follows me around...*kidding*

59. What is your idea of paradise? So many specifications. It would be autumn all of the time, and there would be an endless supply of the things I wanted, and I would have my own soundtrack that played all of the time, and I would be alone except when I wanted to be not-alone, and I would be the most gorgeous, amazing person ever, and...you get the idea.

67. What's the best joke you ever heard? A woman walks into a bar. Bartender looks up, says "What'll you have?" The woman sighs. "It's been a rough day," she says. "I think...yes. I'll have a Double Entendre." So the bartender gives it to her.

68. Where is the most fun place you have EVER been? Quebec. I got lost there for hours, on cobblestone streets, asking strange men for cigarettes in French.

75. What song was on the last time you danced with someone? The last time I danced with someone was Freshman year of high school. His name was Nick. I was dancing with myself (like I was dancing with an imaginary person) and he slipped himself in. It was cute. I don't remember the song.

81. If you (and everyone) had to lose one right or freedom, but you could pick which one everyone had to lose, what would you pick? The right to democracy. Because I am taking over and becoming Supreme Monarch of the Universe. I really don't know, otherwise. Probably the right to bear arms, only because the other ones I can think of (like Freedoms of speech, religion, etc) are things I couldn't easily let go. Generally, I could care less about weapons (even if I do like the shiny ones).

82. If you had to choose would you live on the equator or at the North Pole? The North Pole, please. *Moves in with Santa* Also, I hate the heat and bugs and other such things.

89. Get anything good in the mail recently? My health insurance cards and my 403(b) plan information!

90. Which would you rather take as a gym class...dancing, sailing, karate, or bowling? Sailing, I suppose. Although I'd rather just....not do  anything, thanks.

91. In Star Trek people 'beam' back and forth between different places. What this means is they stand in a little tube and their molecules are deconstructed and sent to another tube somewhere else where they are reassembled. Only problem is when the molecules are deconstructed the person is dead. When they are put back together it is only a clone that has all the dead person's memories. So...Is the person who gets beamed the same person on both ends? Yes, of course. The physical matter is the same. As are the memories/personality. That is what we are composed of.

92. What insects are you afraid of? All of them forever. GAH.
