Even if CJ dies in MD, I think he can still go back to some doctor who eps if barrowman and/or moffat want. I mean, time traveling hello?! Just look at River.
I'm not sure how long's been for Jack from house of the dead/end of COE 'till beginning of MD. I hope they'll explain it but they might not in fear of confusing new (american?) viewers. Looking at Anwan's age, I guess it's been about 1.5-2 years on earth for Gwen and co. but wouldn't it be SO interesting if it's been like 100 years for Jack?!?! Also makes more sense since I think it'll take him a long time to "heal" after COE and get back to earth, right?
We'll see what RTD thinks, but for some reason I have little trust in him... >_>
