CLEARLY. The original play was some sort of ridiculous thing where Jack and Ianto and Gwen went to Random Country #5 and solved some sort of local alien crisis and it was cute.
But then a fangirl collective KIDNAPPED the actors, recorded this, hijacked the BBC and put it up. NOW THEY ARE LAUGHING AT THEIR POWAH. It all makes sense!
