Seriously. I'm working on a fanmix and was perusing some songs I hadn't heard in a while. 

And I came across this. It won't be on the fanmix, but it is fantastic and powerful and good. 

And OMG you guys, it's Jack. Like, could be written for him. I flailed in my car.

Now I saw this artist when he opened for Tori Amos a couple years back. I think he's British. And he is AMAZING (especially live, which is why I bought the CD as soon as it came out).

Oh wow, that's is totally Jack! *_* ...And you know, I remember seeing his name around when he opened for Tori! But I don't think he opened at any of the shows I went to... Which show did you hear? :D

I've actually seen her 4 times (maybe 3, but I'm pretty sure it was 4). I think this was the Summer of Sin tour? The one before that, Original Sinsuality Tour had Matt Nathanson as opener, I remember that...and that was the first one I went to, back in '05. I haven't seen her in a while, and really hope she comes back to CT. (All of them that I've seen were in CT). One show was The Ditty Bops and then some girl band (? Don't ask me - we all giggled through it) and then I swear we saw a show without an opening act. But I may just be making that up lol

His album is really good. I enjoyed his performance a lot. And now a lot of songs seem Janto-centric lol Although I really doubt that was the impetus for writing them!

I actually saw her in CT once! It was a while ago though... 2002, in Wallingford. :D (Had to look that up, lol, but yeah~) I remember the Ditty Bops, too. :D *nostalgic sigh* I used to go to a lot of her shows, back when she did the really huge tours. (And I had more time. ^_~)

I may have to check out his album. *_* ...And hey, you never know! ^_~
