First meme stolen from

You are to be cast away on a desert island and you can only take so much with you. As well as the Complete Works of Shakespeare and a religious or philosophical text of your choice, you can take:
Eight pieces of music.
One book
One luxury, which cannot be useful in escaping.
Music:
Wait. Pieces? Just pieces? NOT CDS!? *Sigh* Oh, this is going to be interesting. Honestly, I don't think even my whole iPod of 2719 songs would be enough. *Sigh*
1. Bolero - Ravel (Long, and my favorite).
2. Aenima - Tool (Okay, that's really only because Maynard repeating "Learn to swim" while I'm on a deserted island is ironic. Or just hilarious).
3. Yes, Anastasia - Tori Amos (It's long and makes me happy when I sing it really loudly. Maybe someone will hear me and put the sand out of its misery by rescuing me).
4. Third Eye - Tool (No reason, other than that it...changes tempos and beats and things and will keep me entertained).
5. Symphony No. 3 for Soprano and Orchestra - Gorecki (It's 26 minutes long. I'm trying to be logical, here).
6. How Soon Is Now - The Smiths (i.e. Rescue?)
7. After All These Years - Silverchair (I can't be trapped without Daniel Johns. Nope. Not happening).
8. Ebla - E S Posthumus (One needs to be epic on an island).
(I am tempted to put down the theme to Lost. Except, if I recall correctly, it's just some scary noises. So, no).
Book:
Easy. The Complete Works of Oscar Wilde.
Luxury:
