Alright, I've got another picspam! Over at my Dreamwidth again, because LJ apparently cannot handle mass pictures anymore. There are 55 in this lot of pictures from 1.08 (They Keep Killing Suzie) and they can be found:

Here at my Dreamwidth account!

Also, because I didn't post yesterday (well, I did, but randomly for Martha, so I don't know that it counts), there is a collage, too! It goes with the previous collage. They're like bookends or something, for your many Emily Dickinson collections.

This is the first one that was posted a couple of days ago for 1.01:

And here's the second, for 1.08:

(I tried cutting this about 7 times now, and it keeps moving stuff around, or deleting it. Even with the damn HTML. Am I the only one having this problem?)

And that's all for now. Tomorrow is the last day. :(
(Please note: All of my pictures are free for the taking, just please credit. )

Are you using [lj-cut] (except < and > ) at the start of the text you want to put behind the cut? Close the text cut with a / before the term lj-cut just like you close any HTML tag.

Because that works fine for me.

[lj-cut text="insert text here"] same thing angle brackets, if you want different cut text.

Yeah, that's what I normally do and when that didn't work, I tried the button, and when THAT didn't work, I went back and tried HTML again.

And then I just gave up completely.

I think it comes down to a toggling issue - when you toggle from Rich to HTML back to Rich again, huge chunks of the post go missing.

Oh. Never swap between Rich and HTML. They don't play well. The one puts in code and then the other tries to rearrange it. And it does't seem to matter where you started.

Have you ever tried Semagic? I used it for a while, when LJ formatting for fic was driving me nuts, and then I eventually went back to just posting via html, but... It might be worth a try?

Now I just use html though, and I have had no problems with LJ cuts or anything... I've actually never used the rich though... I bet it is a toggling issue. :/

I have not tried it before BUT clearly I have been fine now just using HTML. I liked toggling, but I think that it was too much for LJ to handle. :-/ All better now, though!

How was she able to plan anything with most of her brains missing is my question!

It was set in place LOOONG before brains went missing, I presume. :)
