Well, here I am. I have "finished" the "An Injury to One" series (how did THAT happen? I swear, it took on a life of its own). It's just been sent to my esteemed beta'er, and needs some tweaking, and then I will post it.
I am glad that I've finished it, though. I have to work 12 hours tomorrow, and then 12 hours M-F. The overtime is good, but it makes for difficulties.
I have also started something different. In one of the new chapters of "An Injury to One," there is a throw-away scene that grew in significance when I wrote the Epilogue. It kept nagging at me and I couldn't figure out why, so I started writing it down. And then the whole thing dawned on me. The best part is that it fits in with the AItO 'verse, but could also be entirely standalone. This makes me very very happy.
Jack and Ianto still won't shut up in my head. There is such a story to tell!
